Jenna Gilbert is a wife, mom, and full-time Office Manager at New Life Construction, where she keeps the day-to-day operations running smoothly behind the scenes. From managing QuickBooks, payroll, billing, subcontractors, contracts, and client communication to building efficient office systems, she plays a key role in supporting the team and helping projects stay organized and on track. She brings years of administrative experience to her work and takes pride in creating structure and stability within a growing construction company. Before stepping into her full-time role at New Life Construction, Jenna worked in the corporate world as an Administrative Assistant and later stayed home with her children. In 2021, she launched Abundant Baby, a boutique offering clothing and essentials for babies, children, and mamas. Her dedication to serving families earned Abundant Baby multiple Duluth Community Votes Platinum Awards in both 2024 and 2025. Above all, Jenna’s greatest joy is her family. She and her husband, Brandon, have been married since 2017 and are raising their two children in Barnum. Life is full — balancing a full-time career, business ownership, and kids’ school and activities — but she embraces every season with faith and resilience. A cancer survivor, her perspective is rooted in gratitude, and she strives to lead with integrity, hard work, and compassion in everything she does. Jenna supports two sponsor children through Compassion International and Food for the Hungry and is also a monthly supporter of Minnesota Adult & Teen Challenge through Champions for Hope. When she’s not working, you can find her at church, cheering on her kids, or enjoying the North Shore and a crisp fall day.
